Running App

Bem, eu sou aquela pessoa que odeia correr. Pratico desporto desde muito nova e adoro, mas correr é outra história, basicamente vivia bem sem correr… mas e se vierem os zombies?! É melhor estar capacitada para a fuga e ter resistência a correr. Estou a brincar…

runningO facto de detestar correr não me fez desistir de tentar e na realidade sempre que faço mais uma das minhas tentativas de corredora, o meu corpo melhora substancialmente, nota-se nas pernas, nos abdominais, no ânimo…

Talvez o problema não esteja na corrida em si, mas no processo de inicio. Portanto, andei a investigar: descobri uma app óptima que nos ajuda a evoluir. Dá-nos um treino semanalmente para iniciantes reais (não aqueles “iniciantes” que correm 15-20 minutos sem pausas) tendo em conta o objectivo final. Até agora estou a adorar.

Well, I am that person who hates running. I practice sport from an early age and love, but running is another story, basically lived well without running … but what if the zombies come?! Is better to be able to escape and have endurance. I just kidding …

Perhaps the problem is not in the run itself, but in the beginning process. Therefore, I investigated: I found a great app that helps us evolve. Give us a weekly training for real beginners (not those “beginners” who run 15-20 minutes with no breaks) taking into account the ultimate goal. So far I love it.
